Nollywood actor Chief Pete Edochie needs no introduction as he is one of the biggest brands in African entertainment.
Recently, rumor mongers went to town with the news that the hardworking actor and father was dead.

Today, Nollywoodgossip had a brief chat with the movie superstar — renowned for playing the role of Okonkwo in Chinua Achebe’s all time bestselling novel, Things Fall Apart — and he assured his millions of fans that he is very ok.
“I’m very fine. I thank God,” he tells Delia Innoma (Live Online With Delia).
Chief Edochie, born on the 7th of March 1947, also informed us that he’ll be hitting a movie location in two weeks’ time.
He said we should inform his fans and friends that he’ll soon be coming out with a new movie and that they should watch out for that.
